Free Summer events a success!

The first was a reptile handling session, everyone enjoyed getting to handle and learn about the snakes, tortoises, lizard and more! There was then the annual Summer Family Fun Day with a whole range of arts & crafts, sports, bouncy castles and bouncy castles and the final event was a comedy show from Fred in the Shed which went do a treat with lots of audience participation from children and adults alike!

Dan's Blog - June 2019

Here we are at the end of June and this year is just flying by! Its been as busy as ever here at Thatcham Youth.

Since my last blog we ran our annual Easter Family Fun Day in April, which was our busiest yet! We saw hundreds of people through the doors enjoying the free offering of arts & crafts, sports from Berkshire Youth’s SPLAT team and bouncy castles. It was a great day for it too with the sun shining! We received lots of great and positive feedback about the day, my thanks go out to the volunteers who came on the day to make it all possible.
